Nottingham Council await green light internet hosting is rented property licensing scheme

A proposal introducing the latest licensing scheme for privately rented homes in Nottingham has been formally listed in the Secretary State for that Department for Communities and Local Government for confirmation.

Recently, the Secretary of State approved the London Borough of Newham’s selective licensing proposal and also the City Council wants toward the Government’s decision for Nottingham soon.

The proposal (named Selective Licensing) would see landlords in selected elements of town really need to purchase a licence to signify that every on the properties they book meets set standards in relation to safety and quality.
