A hr professional has brought the idea of of ‘Don’t keep working harder, work smarter’? one step further, from a startup company alter how organisations work.
Ruth Gawthorpe, leading a team of experts, initiated a policy of The Smart Working Revolution which aims to increase businesses along with the experience regarding their employees.

Now living in Bramcote, Ruth was originally from Derby, where her career started with management training at Woolworths before becoming head of hr with the American Adventure theme park near Ilkeston.? In 1993 she obtained her certificate within the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development after studying at the University of Derby.
Ruth became head of? hr to the calls centres nationwide of Nottingham-based warranty firm Domestic and General and held directorships until this year she put in place Change Directors, transforming businesses here and abroad through engaging and contacting employees.
In 2013 she developed an accident that confined her to the wheelchair for just a year, which triggered her ‘lightbulb’ moment’.
“My experience drove me to grasp we now have lots of individuals in this world who, for 1 reason or any other, can’t perform the traditional 9-5 commute to figure five days each week,” she said.
